Global Fusion- Bandra

Being a vegetarian, I could have never ever attempted to taste Sushi but this place in Bandra gives you the best pseudo rice sushis ever. Global Fusion caters Japanese, Thai and Chinese food with a variety of French, English Dessert and a collection of unique wines.

With an excellent interior, the restaurant pleases the eye. It has a nice little artificial water body in the middle of the restaurant in spite of being on the top floor of a commercial building. To give more feel to the cuisine it caters, mini pagodas are set up with a little elevation from the floor to enjoy a different seating style. The restaurant is huge length and breadth wise and it works in a negative way sometimes as the buffet is spread in all the four corners and walking around to take the food can be a little bit of inconvenience.

There is a nice little ice lane created where they house plates of Sushis and Salads. That is at the extreme end of the restaurant while the dessert is at the other extreme end. So probably the message is to go all the way on the road and try everything that comes your way .

I would highly recommend this place to people who are always on a hunt down for fine dining experience. The buffet is reasonably priced for the amount of novelty it offers.
