Somehow when there is live music in the background and I have a glass of Martini in my hand,I feel life cannot get better then this. I look at the olives in the Martini and realize how well my happiness is blending with the mood and how this happiness just adds a notable moment to my life.
Out of the blue is definitely one of those places where the dim lights can help you sneak into your soul if you willing to do so and make you realize what makes you happy. Fine tunes of old classics and sometimes Linking Park too can be soothing enough at this place. The candles, the wooden furniture, the exquisite drinks menu...its all just perfect.
The interior is very simple yet beautiful . The dark mahogany blends with the candle luminance and the low lighting hanging on the tables is just adequate enough to look at the food you are eating.
The food menu is pretty interesting and first of its kinds as I could make my own sizzler here with ingredients I chose for myself. Same is the case with grilled items where you choose what you want to get grilled. This was a rather interesting exercise as it explored my knowledge of what all can go in a sizzler, and believe me, its a LOT.
The drink menu was amazing. I had a choice of some very interesting drinks which were quite uniquely prepared but at the same time expensively priced. In Mumbai, it is learnt the very easy way that uniqueness makes a dent in your pocket :)
Before this silent and composed visit, I was there for a birthday dinner and it was quite an apt place for that too. The restaurant was nice enough to lend their guitarist for a while and he considerably played Happy Birthday + Summer of 69 for our group exclusively. This was a special treatment we received and I guess pampering always has the customer satisfied in spite of the fact that you are over-priced!
